FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

Early payment discount clause

A 10% discount will be applied when the patient pays for a full session bundle in advance.
Prepayment involves:

  • Priority booking.
  • Stable therapeutic commitment.
  • Non-refundable once the session bundle has started (except for duly justified and professionally assessed reasons).
  • Payment methods: Bizum, PayPal, or bank transfer (indicating full name and purpose).

First session booking clause

  • To confirm and book the first session, full payment must be made in advance.
  • The appointment will be confirmed once proof of payment has been received.
  • If you fail to attend without at least 24 hours’ notice, the fee will not be refunded. This policy ensures therapeutic commitment and proper scheduling management.
  • Payment methods: Bizum, PayPal, or bank transfer (indicating full name and purpose).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Otherwise, the session will be billed regardless.
  • The session involves reserved time and previous clinical preparation.

REFUNDS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROCESS

  • No refunds will be accepted.
  • In exceptional situations, an agreement between both parties may be considered.
  • It is recommended to conduct a closing session to properly conclude the therapeutic process.
